These Conditions of Carriage govern the transportation of goods by Cargo Express (Pty) LTD. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

3. Acceptance of Goods

  1. Prohibited Items: We do not accept dangerous goods, hazardous materials, illegal items, or goods that violate local or international laws.
  2. Packaging: Goods must be properly packaged to withstand transportation conditions. We are not liable for damage due to inadequate packaging.
  3. Documentation: The shipper must provide accurate and complete documentation, including waybills, invoices, and customs declarations.

4. Responsibility and Liability
